Frequently asked
questions.

Short answers to the things CintaAI users run into most. If your question is not here, just write to our email — it is at the bottom of this page.

Is CintaAI free?
Yes. CintaAI is currently free to use — just create an account, sign in, and start asking. Model availability follows the provider catalog that is active at the time.
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up and fill in your full name, a username, your email address, and a password (minimum 8 characters). We then email you a 6-digit verification code — enter it to activate your account. A call name and birth date are optional — the call name is what CintaAI uses to greet you in chat.
I forgot my password. How do I get back in?
Click Forgot password? under the login form, enter your account email, and we will send you a 6-digit code. Enter the code, set a new password, and you are back in — for safety, all your other sessions are signed out automatically. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder, or write to [email protected].
Why do I need a code every time I sign in?
CintaAI uses an email code as a second step at sign-in, so a leaked password alone is not enough to get into your account. The code is sent to your account email, stays valid for 10 minutes, and can only be used once.
What is the difference between Cinta-Fast, Cinta-Coding, Cinta1-Pro, and Cinta2-Max?
Cinta-Fast is for everyday questions and quick exploration. Cinta-Coding helps you understand code, debug, and implement features. Cinta1-Pro is for deep analysis and complex material. Cinta2-Max lays out options and explores ideas in a structured way.
Why is a model marked as unavailable?
Model status is checked live against the provider catalog, so it can change at any time. If one model is unavailable, try another one, or reload the page a little later.
How do I use the Academic Tools?
Sign in, then click the Academic Tools button in the sidebar. There are six tools: Document Formatter, Citation Generator, Abstract Translator, Proofreader, Similarity Check, and AI Indication Score. Pick a tool, fill in or upload your material, and run it — results can be downloaded or copied.
Which files can I upload to the Tools?
The Formatter accepts .docx and .pdf files (15 MB max). The AI Indication Score and Similarity Check accept pasted text, or .pdf, .docx, and .txt files.
Are the Similarity Check and AI Score results exact?
Both are estimates, not verdicts. The Similarity Check matches phrase samples from your text against open web sources, while the AI Score reads statistical patterns in the writing to estimate machine-generated indications. Use the results as one input to consider — never the only one.
Is my uploaded document safe?
Your file is processed on the server to run the tool you picked. One specific note: the Similarity Check sends phrase samples from your text to a public search engine to find matches — so for highly confidential documents, please do not use that tool.
Why can AI answers be wrong?
AI models can misunderstand context or produce information that is not accurate. For anything important — grades, citations, data, decisions — always double-check the answer against the original source.
